1-Package Jell-O Brand Vanilla
Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1-Cup Sweetened Apple Sauce
½-Cup Water
¼ Cup Vegetable Oil
4-Large Eggs
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
½ Teaspoon Nutmeg
½ Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/2 Cup Golden Raisins
The Process
Makes 2 (8×4) loaves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour two 8×4 inch loaf pans and set aside.
Combine all Ingredients in a Stand Mixer or in a Large Bowl and use a Hand Mixer. Stir Ingredients together.
Beat Ingredients on medium speed for 3-4 minutes.
Pour half of the Ingredients in one loaf pan, then the other half of ingredients in the second loaf pan.
Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the cake tester inserted in center comes out clean, and cake begins to pull away from sides.
Please do not underbake. Cool both loaf pans on cooling rack for 15 minutes.
Remove both loaves from pans and cool on the rack for another 15 minutes. Enjoy!
Kizzie Tip: This cake is so yummy with a dollop of cinnamon whip cream, or a lovely cup of your favorite coffee.
