One of The Best Places To Dine In Las Vegas “Nacho Daddy”

One the best places to dine on the strip at The Miracle Mile Shops that doesn’t break the bank, but fulfills your taste buds and has a little something for everyone! Looking for gourmet nacho’s or refreshing margarita’s voted the best in Las Vegas head on over to Nacho Daddy!

Las Vegas born and raised since 2010, Nacho Daddy is a locally owned modern Mexican restaurant setting the industry standard for fighting children’s hunger in the community.

Their mission recipe states “Unforgettable experiences, layered with daily freshness and creativity, paired with sides of community outreach and a passion for serving. Garnished in a lively atmosphere with a modern Mexican style kitchen.”Sounds like a place I love to show business love too and support. With an all day breakfast menu, full vegan menu, insane nacho’s, crazy delicious fajita’s, and mouthwatering appetizers Nacho Daddy landed on my list of places that you must go to when visiting Las Vegas or just hanging out on the strip as a local. Their food is fantastic for those of you looking for something light and healthy no problem there is a few soup and salad options. 

We ordered everything upfront, but thinking smaller portion sizes not even close.  I ordered the “Filet Mignon Nacho” they were ginormous stacked with grilled filet mignon, refried beans, cheese blend, ranchero sauce, sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole & cilantro on top of our house made chips best nachos’on the planet. From the menu as an appetizer to share we ordered the “Naked Grilled Wings” a little spicy, but delicious. You can get the wings served with plain, buffalo, or BBQ as a dipping sauce on the side, ranch or blue cheese dressings. I had to lick my fingers they were perfect we had a couple left to take with us.

We also ordered the “Sizzling Shrimp”1/2 pound of chipotle lime marinated shrimp served on a sizzling skillet slap yo momma goodness we couldn’t finish the skillet. King Thrifty ordered the chicken, shrimp and steak fajita’s served with peppers & onions, sour cream & guacamole with a side of Mexican rice & refried beans. You can choose the flour or corn tortillas & Daddy’s salsa. Unfortunately, we both were so full after the appetizers and nacho’s, so we squeezed in a small sample before packing up the fajita to go this was one of the best we’ve ever had.

I am headed back to Las Vegas in August and I can’t wait to visit one of the 3 locations. The staff was very friendly, and the food arrived within a timely manner overall we did not have any complaints just all praise. What makes the food at Nacho Daddy so unique is the food portions and the flavorful food spices. The seasoning and food prep combinations are fantastic and irresistible. Since my visit, I have recommended Nacho Daddy to a lot my friends and family headed to the area, and many have sent me text messages from the restaurant confirming that their experience was five stars! Now I am sharing this fabulous place to dine in Vegas with you. So if you’re in the area, I highly recommend you stop by and tell them Queen Thrifty sent you if you’re not too shy.

  1. Looks and sounds like a great place. I am not going to travel to Vegas soon but I would keep it in mind, just in case. They seem to have set up a noble cause too. 🙂

  6. Sizzling shrimp with some flour tortillas, side of guacamole and dollop of sour cream (can’t find it here 😦 ) and a grande margarita on the rocks with salt! :-). I am drooling..

  7. Never been to Vegas but Mexican food is one of my absolute loves! If I ever go I’ll be sure to check them out. I like that the restaurant is tied to a community cause as well. Great move on their part.

  15. I love that they donate a meal to people in need! I wouldn’t expect that from a place in Vegas! And the fact they have a vegan menu is amazing as well! I’m not vegan, but I am vegetarian and sometimes it can be hard to find places with actual options for me!

  23. I like their prohram of Buy a Meal, Give a Meal. This way, my dining experience would be more enjoyable knowing that I could also help others and also enjoy their food. I like it!

    Hope many resto will do the same.

  32. Sign me up for the margarita! That is a wonderful program the Buy a meal , give a meal program! If ever in Las Vegas, I will be sure to stop by there!
