REAL BODIES at Bally’s is a highly original and thought-provoking exhibition of human anatomy that explores the human body through physiology, culture and emotion. This powerful exhibition explores life by displaying more than 20 real, perfectly preserved human bodies and more than 200 anatomical specimens.
More than a simple display of human specimens, REAL BODIES at Bally’s will connect audiences to a deeper sense of what it means to be alive. I have always enjoyed learning about human anatomy. After visiting the exhibit I was excited to share my experience. Each gallery offered a wealth of knowledge, but in an artful way that left me excited to see more. Here are 3 important reasons why the REAL BODIES exhibit intrigued me:
REAL BODIES at Bally’s presents the human body’s unique systems through a series of approachable art gallery displays which feature the work of artists from Las Vegas’ bustling art scene. I loved that the exhibit worked with talented local artists; what a great way to support the arts community.
The exhibition pushes boundaries while seamlessly blending art, science, and emotion as a museum of the self. Exploring these systems within the body, REAL BODIES at Bally’s reveals deep synergy between breathing, hunger, the rhythm of the heart, love, motion, thought, and medicine that make a person unique. As humans art is a way of works and often teaches us lessons with words or consequences. Witnessing what a healthy organ looks like compared to one that has been abused by cigarette smoke for years is alarming. This is attraction is a must-see!

While the exhibition moves through the human body using a system by system approach, the exhibition also looks far beyond the physical aspects of these systems. “It explores the symbolic and cultural significance that these systems have had from the beginning of time, human evolution through time and questions why we do what we do and how we do it. Whether a visitor is spiritual, they’ll emerge from REAL BODIES at Bally’s with a sense of greater connection—a connection to the whole of humanity.”

REAL BODIES at Bally’s is open daily to all ages, beginning at 10 a.m. General admission ticket can be purchased at the Bally’s box office, by phone at 702.777.2782 or online at RealBodiesAtBallys.com. Discounts are offered to military personnel, seniors, and locals with proper identification at the box office. Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more.

I know that I have seen something similar to it where I live. My only problem with it was the baby section. Just hard to see infants dying, even if i was all in the name of science.

I visited this exhibit in Tampa, or at least one like it. While it was interesting it was kind of weird for me knowing they were REAL bodies.
