Buddy V’s Ristorante Restaurant Review

“People always just think of me as a baker, but beyond the bakery, food has always been at the center of my family’s life,” says Valastro

Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was the dessert display it was hard to ignore knowing how wonderful Buddy’s desserts taste. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation, but was seated promptly. The restaurant was super busy for a Sunday evening, but the ambiance was great with beautiful live music. Complimentary bread and oil & vinegar are provided for your enjoyment while you were waiting for your entrée or appetizer to arrive. The menu is easy to read and does not have an extensive list of items, but an excellent variety of options, Drink menus are also available if you choose to order an adult beverage. Happy Hour runs daily seven days a week from 4:30 – 6:30 pm which includes $5 small bites & Select alcohol beverages are $4 Wine, Sangria, Prosecco, Domestic Beers, and Bloody Mary’s. Souvenirs glasses can be ordered in combination with a drink or purchased separately just ask your server.

Here is what we ordered:

Buddy’s Favorite Pizza served with spiced sausage, caramelized onions, fennel, four cheese. Hands down greatness!

We were incredibly impressed with the quality of the food which led us into a short food coma. The spices, creamy sauces and perfectly prepared meats were incredible. I love that each dish is made to order, so the wait time is a little longer but well worth it. We sat for almost two hours just laughing, talking, and enjoy the beautiful view of the strip.

Buddy V’s Ristorante in Las Vegas is an upscale, but casual fine dining authentic Italian restaurant. Located in the Grand Canal Shoppes inside The Palazzo & Venetian hotels. A delicious selection of Buddy’s signature dishes are available and some fan favorites including desserts. Buddy V’s Ristorante is the first restaurant venture for Buddy Valastro and a very success establishment. I recommend Buddy V’s Ristorante  for dinner you don’t want to mss the chance to enjoy this fantastic authentic Italian Cuisine. 1. i have only been to Vegas once and I have been itching to go back ever since we left. Buddy V’s would be a spot that I’d love to hit up if we ever went. That food looks to die for. And that pizza — whoa! I love a thick bread on my pizza. That’s heaven.
