Taste of Now This Delicious Texas Smokehouse Pork Loin Recipe

This Thanksgiving or Christmas is a great time to do more with pork. Now, cooks all across America are making flavor happen. There’s no time like “now” to make something simply delicious, no time like NOW to indulge your love of pork and make something great!

It’s the aroma you can’t resist, the sizzle, the bite, the taste, the savor. It’s happening now. It’s delicious any season, anytime. Pork is unbridled creativity, unequaled inspiration, unprecedented value. And it’s happening with pork. Check out my amazing Texas Smokehouse Pork Loin inspired dish by a recipe I found on the Hatfield Meat Site with a little twist. You can buy the pork loin already prepared, but I decided to switch out a few ingredients and buy a piece of pork loin to prepare a similar dish.

Ingredients
Pork, Coating Ingredients:  Tomato Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Parsley, Italian Seasoning, Black Pepper, and Paprika

Place the pork loin in the fridge to marinate for 48 hours in a sealed bag.

When you’re ready to cook the pork loin:

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Place pork filet in a shallow pan lined with foil.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Uncover and bake for additional 10 minutes until filet reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (thickest part) or juices run clear.

Remove from oven/pan and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing.

With this delicious mouthwatering pork loin, I have prepared cream of broccoli soup and a sweet potato.
