Grab Your Copy of Disney Pixar’s Coco

Desperate to prove his talent, Miguel finds himself in the stunning and colorful Land of the Dead following a mysterious chain of events. Along the way, he meets charming trickster Hector (voice of Gael García Bernal), and together, they set off on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind Miguel’s family history.

I’m in love with Disney Pixar’s “COCO” now available on digital HD, 4K Ultra HD™ and Movies Anywhere as of 2/13 and 4K Ultra HD™ & Blu-ray™ on 2/27 which is TODAY! This movie embraces family and the importance of celebrating your elders or any loved ones you lost. I enjoyed watching Miguel push to do something he believed in regardless of what others said he was determined.

I recommend you purchase the film for your family it truly made a difference in our home since we’ve watched it four times. Highlighting the meaning of celebrating the day of the dead gave me a new perspective and a lesson learned. Learning about other cultural beliefs is so important. The bonus features were an awesome addition I keep hitting replay over and over again. I love the bright colors and the overall beauty of graphics feature design in the movie. Disney Pixar Coco has truly my heart.

Here is one of my favorite facts about Coco:

Artists at Pixar Animation Studios like to add vegetation—grass, trees, bushes—to exterior environments. But Coco filmmakers felt the Land of the Dead should be different. The only living plants in the vibrant fantastical world are marigolds.

Filmmakers learned during their research trips to Mexico that the color and aroma of marigold petals are believed to help guide the spirit of a family’s loved one home during Día de Muertos.
