I love using my Hamilton and Beach Crockpot. Last night I made some delicious Chipotle BBQ Wings. Using Crockpot is a great alternative for baking wings to avoid using the oven.
For the Chipotle BBQ Wings prep time is about 30 minutes. They take about 4-4.5 hours cook. Normally I prepare them the night before and place them in the frig then cook them the following day.
2 pounds of chicken wings (thawed)
2 jars of your favorite Chipotle BBQ Sauce (my preference is Stubbs or Open Pit BBQ Sauce).
Pre-heat the Crockpot at 375 and place your wings inside then close the lid
Cook on low heat setting for 4-5 hours, or high heat setting for 2-2 1/2 hours.
After the wings have cooked then combine the wings and the sauce and stir with a large spoon to coat each wing.
Serve immediately or keep warm on low heat setting for up to 2 hours.
Ooh, these look so good, a dish my hubby would lick his fingers with!
OMG good enough that i wish i could grab ’em off the computer! 😀

These look really good…and easy to make! I’ve been wanting to try the Stubb’s Chipotle sauce and now I know exactly how we’ll have it! lol
