This weeks feature for “Military Discount Thursday” is Easton Towne Center an indoor and outdoor shopping complex in northeast Columbus, Ohio.
Description
The core buildings and streets that comprise Easton are intended to look like a self-contained “town”, reminiscent of American towns and cities in the early-to-mid 20th century.Included in the design are fountains, streets laid out in a grid pattern surrounded by a continuous loop, and metered storefront parking. A variety of stores, restaurants, and service-oriented businesses occupy structures of varying sizes, most of which are contiguous, having shared walls. Many of these structures have a similar external appearance. Also included are traditional shopping mall features like large, multi-floor department stores, small kiosks located in the indoor common areas, a cinema complex, ATMs, and both covered and open parking structures. Easton attracts roughly 25 million visitors per year.
Military Discounts
Funny Bone Comedy Club and Restaurants located at Easton Towne Center offer military discounts that range from $5 off tickets to free admission on certain nights.
AMC Salutes U.S. Armed Forces with Military Pricing at AMC Locations Nationwide. Military pricing is available at AMC locations throughout the United States and is $1.50 less than the peak pricing guests pay at the theatre.
Foot Locker – Veterans, Service members (Active, Guard, and Reserve), and their immediate families with a Foot Locker Veterans Advantage Card receive a 20 percent discount every day of the year. That offer is good both online and at any store location, including Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Footaction and Champs Sports — even on sale items.
There is a large list of retailers and restaurants that off military discounts located at the customer service desk inside the Easton Towne Center Mall. As always if you are looking for a specific location not listed they still may offer military discounts so call ahead.

Such a great idea! Did you know- the Sandals company offers military discounts for vacations from what I’ve heard. Also, they’re a Jamaican company so they don’t have to honor US military, but they do. Kind of cool!
