Happy New Year here’s a simple dessert recipe to make with your family this weekend. I love Strawberry Shortcake.
Ingredients:
Pound Cake
Frozen, Sliced & Sweetened Strawberries, in juice
Whipped Cream

Preparation Instructions:
Allow strawberries to thaw completely
Cut 1 slice of pound cake into 8 equal size cubes
Place 1 tablespoon of strawberries in the bottom of a small dessert cup
Add 4 cubes of pound cake
Spoon strawberries over the cake
Cover strawberries with whipped cream
Repeat the cake, strawberry, whipped cream process one more time
