The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The lobby, hallways, elevators, business area, and pool area was spotless considering the hotel was completely sold out.I know there of plenty of hotels in through Cleveland to choose from, but hands down I recommend the Hyatt Place Cleveland.

I’ve never stayed at the Hyatt in Cleveland, but I have stayed at Hyatt Hotels before and really enjoyed them. Looks like a nice place to stay!

Hyatt hotels are always the best when it comes to quality & service and no doubt the experience at Hyatt Place Cleveland must have been great too. The features are quiet amazing which are very much needed for a peaceful stay.
