A hot warm breakfast is served at the Homewood Suites Columbus-Dublin daily and the perfect way to start the day before heading out to enjoy the day.
After breakfast and a nice warm shower I recommend heading to the Dublin Farmer’s Market open from 9 am-12 pm. Choose from a selection fresh baked goods, fresh produce locally sourced, or purchase from local vendors offering handmade clothing and accessories. There is so much to choose from and the samples were delicious. We left with a hand full of items one my favorites Ohio made honey and my husband grab custom socks. Dublin Farmer’s Market is a great place to support local businesses. The market is set in the beautiful, new Bridge Park area of Dublin. It offers a wide array of locally sourced products. No worries parking is free and admission. Take the entire family even the furry friends.

After the market head over to Hayden Run Falls to walk off all the sweet samples you tried. Home to a beautiful 35-foot waterfall and also rare and endangered plants. Hayden Falls Park is located on the West side of the Scioto River, just along Hayden Run Road, West of Griggs Reservoir bridge. I had my camera on hand to capture some stunning images just simply breath-taking if you’re a lover of nature.

Restaurant Recommendation: Grab a late lunch at The Rail they have an awesome menu of delicious food options something for everyone. For more details visit https://www.therailburger.com/dublin-ohio-menu
Another beautiful park to check out is Indian Run Falls home of pristine waterfalls and stream and home to Wyandot tribe members. The City has provided access to the Indian Run gorge and waterfalls area by adding nature trails, observation platforms, a bridge traversing the waterfalls and shelter houses west of the falls. We had a wonderful time just exploring nature and taking a walk through the park. I was able to capture some stunning images.

For an afternoon snack swing by Johnson’s Real Ice a locally owned business in the heart of Dublin with additional locations in Columbus, Ohio. The ice cream is the best we’ve ever had. Choose from fall favorites like Cinnamon-Pumpkin or Buckeye Fever. Traditional favorites are also available Cookies & Cream, Birthday Cake, Chocolate, Vanilla, and many more. We sampled several different flavors and each tasting was beyond delicious. Today Johnson’s Real Ice Cream has entered its 4th generation of family ownership under the leadership of the “Big Dipper. The family takes pride in their business we left with a smile and so will you.

For Dinner I recommend a local favorite Cap City Diner a local favorite with a southern flair. Cap City has home away from home southern hospitality favorites such as Cap City Diner Meatloaf, Southern Fried Chicken, and the Pecan Crusted Pork Chops simply delicious.
