We had the opportunity to spend a relaxing weekend at Mohican Lodge. We kicked off Friday evening enjoying a cocktail by the fire and later playing a few video games in the lobby gaming area.  After watching the Browns game it was time to turn in for the night I was so eager to wake up early to catch the sunrise over the lake.

The bed was so comfortable we both over slept, but was still able to catch a stunning view of the lake while enjoying a warm breakfast buffet style.

After we headed out to walk the trail and enjoy nature. By noon it was time to change into our swimwear and enjoy sometime by the pool. It was nice to sit back and relax. No need to visit the restaurant for food and drinks there’s someone to come around take your order food and cocktails are served poolside.

On Saturday’s from 8pm-midnight the DJ play by request at Boxer’s Lounge which is where we decided to have dinner. We were also able to catch the sunset the view everything I expected. Since our room was overlooked the pool and across from the Boxer Lounge we closed out the evening sitting on our balcony listening to the DJ play music from the 80’s.  It was nice to spend time with my husband no interruptions. We looking for to returning with our family and friends.
