4 Attractions You Have To Explore While Visiting Pittsburgh #LovePGH

During a recent trip to Pittsburgh, we had the chance to explore four attractions with a short stay it’s hard to cram in everything so let me shorten the list for you. Here are four attraction you have to explore while visiting Pittsburgh.

Pittsburgh & PPG Aquarium

We arrived right when the gates opened with 22,000 square feet to cover we had to get an early start. The beautiful cascading waterfalls, ponds, and the unique sounds of endangered animals was the perfect atmosphere to enjoy step by step. First, stop the Elephant Training Baths before we ran off to feed the penguins.

Next up the Jungle Odyssey which featured the fossa, giant anteaters, and hippos just to name a few. Then a quick stop by the clouded leopards then a short break at the to relax in the oversized Adirondack chairs. After lunch, we caught the Sea Lion Program before exploring the remainder of the Zoo before the gates closed at 4 pm.

  1. Thanks for this article! I’m planning a trip before my boys go back to school this fall. I’ll have to add these places to our list.
