I have the perfect celebration cocktail that will have guest talking all summer long. It’s light but tasty and delicious. The Lemon Chiffon Cocktail has been added to my wedding reception menu and will be served to guest at a party we’re having later this summer. Feel free to repin and as always CHEERS! 

Ingredients:

• 4oz Birthday Cake Vodka

• 4oz Lemon Juice

• 4oz Simple Syrup

• 4oz Heavy Whipping Cream

• Ice

Simple Syrup Ingredients: (Can be purchased at the store)

• ½ C. Water

• ½ C. Sugar

• 

Directions:

• Bring ½ C. water to a boil in a small saucepan.

• Add sugar and stir until dissolved.

• Remove from heat immediately and set aside to thicken and cool.

• Fill a large shaker with ice, and add your vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, and heavy whipping cream.

• Shake well until chilled through, and pour into four martini glasses.
