Ingredients:
2 oz rum
5 fresh mint leaves
4 slices star fruit
10 chunks of fresh pineapple pieces
1 teaspoon sugar
sparkling soda water

Instructions:

1. Slap fresh mint leaves and add half to the glass. Smash pineapple and star fruit in the glass with a muddle. Reserving a piece of pineapple and a piece of star fruit to garnish.

2. Add a sugar. Add ice to glass. Top off with rum and soda water to rim. Add additional mint leaves, pineapple, antd star fruit to rim. Serve!
