The Christmas Cave Is A Must-See

Ohio’s free Christmas Cave is located two hours from Cincinnati at 4007 White Gravel McDaniel Road, Minford, Ohio.

What to expect a dazzling unique Christmas display that features nearly a mile of light displays both above and below ground. Three-quarters of a mile of exhibits, including 16 underground biblical scenes and three Nativity exhibits. In addition, there are also two tunnels of lights and new outdoor displays.It’s a self-guided light display in the White Gravel Mines. The mine’s mysterious passages are decked out with lights, and 16 exhibits throughout the cave systems tell the story of Jesus’ birth.The display was created by Tom and Mindy Martin. They’re part of a faithful team dedicated to educating the world about the true story of Christmas.

The 2021 Christmas season begins Nov. 19 at the cave, open every Friday and Saturday for five weeks. The cave will close on Dec. 18 before Christmas and is open from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. daily.

Last year, it was reported 33,000 people walked its grounds during the holiday season, some traveling hundreds of miles to see the maguc. It’s never too chilly underground, always at a mild 55 degrees.
