As the summer comes to an end and we’re looking towards the fall – everyone’s favorite has there favorite fall dinner recipes. This fall we would be so pleased if you would consider my favorite something delicious and hearty Beef Broccoli Fusilli Asian Pasta recipe. This recipe will serve 6 with leftovers.
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon ginger
2 tablespoons garlic
1lb ground beef
1 head of broccoli; washed and florets pulled apart
1lb package fusilli pasta
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Place fusilli in pot of boiling water. Cook as directed and drain.
Add olive oil to saute pan.
Add ground beef, 1 tablespoon garlic, and 1/2 tablespoon ginger to saute pan. On medium heat cook ground beef until browned. Strain.
Add in broccoli and saute for another 3 to 4 minutes until broccoli is tender but not mushy.
In a small liquid measuring cup add the remaining ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
Add fusilli to saute pan and then stir in sauce mixture.
