Recently I was invited out to Los Angeles to attend the red-carpet premiere for A Wrinkle In Time and interview the cast. I was blown away when I got the invite and read that Ava DuVernay would be one of the interviewees. I thought 15 minutes with Ava OMG what can I ask her, but when she arrived I just fell into the moment. First starters she’s brilliant! I can devote hours talking about Ava DuVernay, but let’s dive into the inspiration behind her decision to direct A Wrinkle In Time and truly get to recognize the woman within.
Young people face many challenges as they grow up in the world today. Between the ages of 8-12, most are just learning about their imperfections. I recently screened the film A Wrinkle In Time twice and enjoyed it. Thank you, Ava DuVernay for providing us with this amazing gift!
What a magical night I couldn’t have written it if I was told in advance how amazing it would be. Whimsical and bright with music bumping through the speakers while celebrity interviews lined one side of the carpet and on the other side was 25 Bloggers looking find the perfect place to capture their photo moment. The space felt warm and calming but cheerful.

The new Cars 3 movie will capture the hearts of movie-goers everywhere despite your age. Feature director Brian Fee did an amazing job carrying on the tradition by tying in a creative decision that fits perfectly with the theme of accepting change and adjusting to a new direction. Cars 3 is a film for the entire family with a blend of solid storytelling and a twist of female empowerment! The perfect joyride that struck a nerve of motivation for me I left the theater in smiles.
Every morning Chloe wakes up and darts out of the room to play with the Delta Children Disney Minnie Mouse Art Desk. The art desk is Chloe’s favorite, so she has one at home and one at her Grandma’s. It keeps her busy and active chatting with herself about who’s knows what masterpiece she plans to scribble next. Children love to scribble and color on walls, floors, and furniture having the Minnie Art Desk keeps Chloe from drawing all over the house.
