Ingredients

• 1.5 oz. Gin

• 1 oz. Lime Juice

• 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

• 1/2 oz. Maraschino Liqueur

• Soda Water

• Mint

• Maraschino Cherries

Directions

1. Mix the gin, lime juice, simple syrup and maraschino liqueur in a highball glass.

2. Add ice and stir.

3. Top with soda water.

4. Garnish with a mint sprig and two cherries.

PRO TIPS: Replace the Gin and Maraschino Liqueur with Pomegranate juice for a kid-friendly version.
